Mailsort & Mailing Services

We are leaders in the Mailsort field. We have the capacity to handle any size of mailshot, creating opportunities for you to achieve savings of between 15 and 22% on large mailings, depending on Post Office criteria e.g. size, weight, distribution of mailing list and timescale within which it must be delivered. These services are available on a national and international basis.

Production of Documents

We are happy to help you reduce the time it takes to produce documents. We can do so in a variety of ways. We are happy to accept your information on disk, mailmerge and print your documents, either onto your own paper or, if you provide us with the appropriate logos etc on disk, onto paper supplied by us. Through our associate company, we can provide high quality printing for large runs and collate and bind anything from catalogues to training manuals. Should you prefer we can simply photocopy your documents.

Creation of Database

We can create databases for your organisation's purposes, from basic databases to manage mailing lists to more complex databases that allow analysis of marketing or social research data. We are also happy to conduct the analysis on your behalf, providing you with routine or ad hoc reports when you require them. We can also "clean up" your database and organise mailing lists into mailsort order.

Response Handling Services

We pride ourselves on providing services tailored to meet each client's needs. Response handling services vary from coupon handling and telephone handling services, to provision of reply paid services and analysis of data collected through questionnaires. WEB ORDERING Services

We currently run web order system for our clients. The client’s stock is held in the Fulfilment Factory warehouse and whenever a customer places an order with my client the Fulfilment Factory receive an e-mail from the website. This is then printed off and the staff here pick and pack the order and prepare for shipping. When the order is placed on the website there is an automatic stock control system so that the client knows exactly what supplies are being held in the factory. Once the order has been despatched an update is placed on the website so that the client can check the status of each order.
